AssociatesOur financial representatives are the face of our organization. They not only represent the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, but they also represent the best interests of their clients. We are proud of their accomplishments, share in their enthusiasm and drive, and help motivate them to achieve the highest level of excellence. Thad BakerFinancial Representative After almost 10 years with a major health insurer, Thad decided that in addition to health insurance solutions, he wanted to be in a position to offer his clients more of the personal and professional products and services they needed. Initially, Thad looked at several different brokerage companies, but in the end, after much research, he decided that there was only one company whose culture suited him best. In 2004, he signed on with Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, and is proud to represent the “policyowners' company” in the central Pennsylvania region. Although most of Thad’s non-work time is taken up playing with and chasing after his three very energetic children, he is very involved in several ministries at his church. In those few moments he gets to himself, he can usually be found on the golf course, the basketball court, or in the water fishing. Kathleen Caputo, CLU®, ChFC®Financial Representative Kathy Caputo was born and raised in Williamsport, and married her high school sweetheart several years after graduation.
