Meet Our Recruiter Clare Yannella Clare is the Director of Recruiting and Development for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network's Central Pennsylvania Group. In this capacity, Clare is responsible for both the full-time and college intern recruiting for the network office and three field offices. Prior to her current position, Clare was a member of the Pittsburgh Network Office.
